The U.S. Department of Transportation, Maritime Administration (MARAD), seeks to collect written information about the capabilities of small business firms engaged in or capable of providing Marine Diesel #2 fuel oil to one (1) 7500 Gallon capacity tug boat located pierside at the James River Reserve Fleet, 2606 Harrison Road, Joint Base Langley-Eustis, Fort Eustis, VA 23604. The marine diesel fuel shall be Oil Burner #2; Red Dye Product Code FS-2 and shall be delivered by truck to the vessel pierside. The projected period of performance is 17 June 2022 through 16 June 2023 plus four (4) one (1) year option periods for a total performance through 14 June 2027. The project will be implemented using the North American Industry Classification System (NAICS) Code 424720 – Diesel Fuel Merchant Wholesalers (except bulk stations, terminals) and Product Service Code 9140 – Fuel Oils.
