The Office of Civil Rights (TCR) is seeking contract support services to conduct Title VI, EEO, and DBE (TED) compliance reviews and prepare in-depth corresponding reports detailing areas where the recipients have conformed or are noncompliant with DOT regulations and/or FTA guidance. The TED compliance reviews shall involve elements of operations and oversight, and review and analysis of policies and practices.
