Accordingly, the proposal due date is hereby revised from January 3, 2019, 1:00 PM Eastern Standard Time to February 13, 2019, 2:00 PM Eastern Standard Time. Offerors are instructed to submit their proposals in accordance with the current version of Solicitation.
