Introduction: The Federal Aviation Administration (FAA) Office of Airports (ARP) is soliciting interest to provide a staffing optimization plan in accordance with the attached DRAFT Statement of Work. Incumbent Contractor: There is no incumbent contractor for this procurement. Nature of Competition: The acquisition strategy for the procurement has not been determined at this time; however, either an unrestricted competition, set-aside, or noncompetitive award may be chosen depending on the responses to the market survey. The FAA may also elect to not make any award. General Information: This is not a Screening Information Request or Request for Proposals of any kind; The FAA is not seeking or accepting unsolicited proposals; The FAA will not pay for any information recieved or costs incurred in preparing the response to the market survey;and Any costs associated with the market survey submittal is solely at the interested vendor's expense. North American Industry Classification System (NAICS) Code: NAICS Code is 541611- Administrative Management and General Management Consulting Services with a size standard $24.5 million. Submittal Requirements: Interested companies must provide the following information: Capability Statement showing capability to perform the requirements in the attached Draft Statement of Work. Provide examples of current or previous contracts, agreements, or commercial projects demonstrating the technical expertise to conduct a staffing optimization study similar to scope of the attached DRAFT Statement of Work (SOW). Business Size (Large or Small). If small, please indicate if your firm is A Socially and Economically Disadvantaged Small Business (SEDB/8(a)), Service-Disabled Veteran Owned Small Business (SDVOSB), Historically Underutilized Business Zone Small Business, Women Owned Small Business, and/or Economically Disadvantaged Women-Owned Small Business. If applicable, current FAA or Governmentwide Acquisition Contracts (GWACs) currently held by the vendor which includes scope similar to DRAFT SOW. Delivery of Submittals: The submitted Capability Statement is LIMITED TO 5 PAGES and must be presented in Microsoft word in size 12 Times New Roman text.
