In accordance with the Federal Aviation Administration (FAA) Acquisition Management System (AMS) paragraph 3.2.2.4, the purpose of this announcement is to inform industry of the basis of the FAA’s intent to contract with a selected source via single source procedures. The FAA intends to award a single source contract to DELVAL Equipment Corporation, Norristown Pennsylvania for services to remove and replace the existing controls for the five (5) Cleaver Brooks boilers at the FAA William J. Hughes Technical Center. DELVAL Equipment Corporation was identified as the sole authorized servicing representative in the Atlantic City area by Cleaver Brooks for their equipment.
