In accordance with Section 3.2.2.4 of the Federal Aviation Administration (FAA) Acquisition Management System (AMS), the purpose of this announcement is to inform industry of the basis for the Federal Aviation Administration’s (FAA) decision to procure the Magnetic Forensics software below on a limited competition basis. Product: Magnet AXIOM Cyber Bundle - Term LLS – Item # 6BC001L - Qty 1 Magnet AXIOM Cyber - Term LLS – Item # 6AXC001L – Term 12 – Qty 10 Magnet REVIEW Bundle – Item # 6B300 – Qty 1 Magnet REVIEW System (On-Prem) – Item # 6RE510 – Term 12 – Qty 1 Magnet REVIEW User (On-Prem) – Item # 6RE515 – Term 12 – Qty 30 Magnet REVIEW – Plus Professional Services (On-Prem) – Item # PSRE540 – Qty 1 The FAA has a requirement to procure Magnet Forensics software at the William J. Hughes Technical Center located in Atlantic City, New Jersey. The Magnet Forensics software in a key component in developing policy and conducting investigations at the FAA. Accordingly, a limited competition will be conducted among qualified Small Business authorized resellers specifically for the Magnet software. A firm fixed price award will be made to the the Small Business authorized reseller with the lowest price. The FAA is not liable for any costs associated with the preparing of a response to this announcement.
