Amendment_0004: 1) Provide questions and answers 2) Provide the Past Performance Data Form 3) Provide updated Attachment A-Pricing Spreadsheet 4) Provide updated Attachment B-Labor Category Description Amendment_0003_extend SIR to 8/4/2021 at 3:30pm EST Amendent_0002_extend SIR to 7/19/2021 at 3:30pm EST Amendent_0001_extend SIR to 7/13/2021 at 3;30pm EST ASDAP-SIR-692M15-21-R-00027 This requirement is for non-personal support services contract to provide project management, engineering, and technical support needed for airport safety, airport design, data analysis and airport planning related projects, in accordance with the Statement of Work (SOW) provided in Section C. The Contractor must provide, by issued Task Orders (TOs), all management, supervision, labor, facilities, and materials necessary to perform support services on an Indefinite-Delivery, Indefinite-Quantity (IDIQ) basis. The North American Industry Classification System (NAICS) code is 541330 Engineering Services and the size standard is $16.5 million. This requirement is for a Single Award, Time and Material (T&M) Indefinite-Delivery, Indefinite- Quantity (IDIQ) contract and is structured and managed by Acquisition Management System (AMS) policy and guidance for TO contract. This competitive procurement will be a unrestricted award utilizing Best Value Trade-Off procedures. The FAA will award an Indefinite Delivery, Indefinite Quantity (IDIQ), Time and Material (T&M) contract with a period of performance not to exceed 60 months (5 years). Questions and comments that arise from this SIR may be submitted, in writing only, via email to: John.D.DeSimone@faa.gov AND Christine.Kranz@faa.gov by 3:30 PM (EST) on June 16, 2021. They will be answered in an Amendment to the SIR if deemed necessary for all interested parties to consider. Otherwise, an email response would be initiated to the party submitting the inquiry.
