The proposal receipt date has been extended to 8/30/21 by 2 p.m. (Eastern Time). _______________________________________________________________________ This is an unrestricted competition in support of the Aviation Weather Branch (ANG-C34) and the Weather Engineering & Evaluation Branch (ANG-C63) at the FAA William J. Hughes Technical Center in Atlantic City International Airport, NJ. The Contractor must provide Aviation Weather Technical and Engineering Support Services (AWTESS) in accordance with the Statement of Work located in Attachment C-1 of this Screening Information Request (SIR). Proposals are due no later than 2:00 p.m. (Eastern) on 8/23/2021. Please see the SIR for proposal submission requirements. The North American Industry Classification System (NAICS) code is 541330 (Engineering Services) and the size standard is $16.5 million. This acquisition will utilize Acquisition Management System (AMS) source selection procedures to make an integrated assessment for a best value award decision. A five (5) year Indefinite Delivery, Indefinite Quantity (IDIQ) contract will result. Task Orders will be issued on a Time and Material (T&M) basis. Task Orders may also be issued on a Firm Fixed Price (FFP) basis when determined in the Government’s best interest. They will be answered in an Amendment to the SIR if deemed necessary and posted to SAM.gov for all interested parties to consider.
