The Federal Aviation Administration has a requirement for all labor, vehicles, transportation, communication devices, materials, consumables, specialized diagnostic and test equipment, tools, supervision, and management necessary to perform inspections, testing, preventative maintenance, service, and repair of radio communications systems at the William J. Hughes Technical Center (WJHTC) Atlantic City International Airport, New Jersey. The purpose of this announcement is to conduct a general market survey to assess the current market place and to identify qualified Small Business entities capable of providing the services described in Attachment 1 – Draft Statement of Work, at the William J. Hughes Technical Center, Atlantic City International Airport, NJ. Depending on the results of this market survey, the FAA may decide to set aside the procurement for small businesses, service-disabled veteran-owned small businesses (SDVOSB) or eligible socially and economically disadvantaged businesses certified by the SBA for participation in the SBA's 8(a) program. Potential sources are cautioned that no further announcements may be made. The responses to this survey are for informational purposes only. This is not a screening information request or a request for proposal of any kind. The FAA is not seeking or accepting proposals at this time. Respondents will not be notified of the results of this survey or results of information submitted. Any confidential or proprietary information submitted in response to this announcement must be marked accordingly by the vendor. Such information will not be disclosed outside of the acquisition team. NOTE: The FAA will not pay for any information received or costs incurred in preparing the response to this market survey. Therefore, any cost associated with the market survey submission is solely at the interested vendor's expense. Interested firms are required to review the attached Draft Statement of Work and to submit the following: (1) Capability Statement must include the following information and not exceed five (5) pages in length: a. Type of Services provided by your firm b. Brief description of work performed under previous contracts that is similar to the size, scope and complexity of the draft Statement of Work. The description must include the size and type of services performed. c. Firm’s business classification size All responses to this market survey must be received by Tuesday August 25, 2020 at 5:00PM EST.
