In accordance with Acquisition Management System Policy 3.2.2.4, the purpose of this announcement is to inform industry of the Federal Aviation Administration's (FAA) decision to use single source procedures to award a modification to an existing contract 692M15-18-D-00006 to increase the ceiling for support services for Corporate Work Plan (CWP) and extend the period of performance by 1-year extension, which is divided into a one (1) 6-month extension and two (2) possible 3-month option period extensions for the continuation of support services that will enable its systems to accomplish its mission objectives. The purpose of the ceiling increase and extension is to allow for the continuation of work currently performed under the contract while the FAA executes its strategy to competitively award an CWP follow-on contract. This announcement is for informational purposes only, not a Solicitation/Request for Proposal. A competitive solicitation is not available for this procurement. The FAA is not liable for any costs associated with the preparation of a response to this announcement.
