Dry Docking and Special Periodical Survey for M/V “Seaway Guardian”
This opportunity is for a firm fixed price contract to drydock and perform ABS special periodical surveys on the M/V Seaway Guardian, including hull, machinery, and automation surveys, certification renewals, maintenance, steel work, and coating renewal. Performance must occur at the contractor’s marine repair facility located within the Great Lakes/St. Lawrence Seaway system. Work must begin within 30 calendar days and be completed within 60 calendar days after receiving a Notice to Proceed, which is expected in September 2026. Full and open competition applies under FAR Part 12, and offerors must have an active SAM.gov registration. The contract award is subject to the availability of funds.
