The due date for offers remain unchanged. //NOTHING FOLLOWS// This is a combined synopsis/solicitation for commercial products prepared in accordance with the Format in Subpart 12.6, as supplemented with additional information in this notice. This announcement constitutes the only solicitation; proposals are being requested and a written solicitation will not be issued. The solicitation is issued as a Request for Quote (RFQ). This solicitation document and incorporated provisions and clauses are those in effect through Federal Acquisition Circular FAC 2025-04 dated June 11, 2025. This requirement is being solicited as a Total Small Business Set Aside using FAR Part 12 Acquisition of Commercial Items and FAR Part 13.5 Simplified Procedures for Certain Commercial Products and Commercial Services. The NAICS Code is 541380 – Testing Laboratories and Services with a small business size standard of $19.0M. The solicitation number is 6923G525Q0621. **NOTE: Offerors must be registered in SAM.gov and have an active registration at the time of this solicitation closing. DESCRIPTION OF WORK: The Contractor shall provide services for the operation and testing of potable water and wastewater systems. All in exact accordance with this solicitation and attached Performance Work Statement (PWS). PLACE OF PERFORMANCE/ACCEPTANCE: The awarded vendor will perform services at Eisenhower Lock, Snell Lock, and the GLS Maintenance Base as specified within the PWS.
