Incorporate the questions and answers. 2. The due date for offers remain unchanged. //NOTHING FOLLOWS// This is a combined synopsis/solicitation for commercial products prepared in accordance with the Format in Subpart 12.6, as supplemented with additional information in this notice. This announcement constitutes the only solicitation; proposals are being requested and a written solicitation will not be issued. The solicitation is issued as a Request for Quote (RFQ). This solicitation document and incorporated provisions and clauses are those in effect through Federal Acquisition Circular FAC 2025-03 dated January 17, 2025. This requirement is being solicited as a Total Small Business Set Aside using FAR Part 12 Acquisition of Commercial Items and FAR Part 13 Simplified Acquisitions Procedures. The NAICS Code is 423510 – Metal Service Centers and Other Metal Merchant Wholesalers with a small business size standard of 200 Employees. The solicitation number is 6923G525Q0338. **NOTE: Offerors must be registered in SAM.gov and have an active registration at the time of this solicitation closing. SCHEDULE OF SUPPLIES/SERVICES: See Attachment B –Pricing Sheet. DESCRIPTION OF WORK: The Contractor shall provide the materials to fabricate gate railings at Eisenhower and Snell Lock. All in exact accordance with this solicitation, attached Statement of Work (Attachment A), and drawing SLS-326-312 (Attachment C). CONTRACT TYPE: This solicitation is a Request for Quote (RFQ) that will result in the award of a firm fixed price contract under FAR Part 12 and FAR Part 13, subject to the availability of funds. CONTRACT PERIOD OF PERFORMANCE: The awarded vendor shall deliver materials to GLS no later than 45 days after award. PLACE OF PERFORMANCE/ACCEPTANCE: The awarded vendor shall deliver all materials to GLS Receiving Warehouse located at 251 Fregoe Road, Massena, NY 13662.
