This announcement constitutes the only solicitation; proposals are being requested and a written solicitation will not be issued. The solicitation is issued as a Request for Quote (RFQ). This solicitation document and incorporated provisions and clauses are those in effect through Federal Acquisition Circular FAC 2024-06 dated July, 31 2024. This requirement is being solicited as 100% Total Small Business Set Aside using FAR Part 12 Acquisition of Commercial Items and FAR Part 13 Simplified Acquisition Procedures. The NAICS Code is 3332111– Iron and Steel Forging with a small business size standard of 750 Employees. The solicitation number is 6923G524Q1487. **NOTE: Offerors must be registered in SAM.gov and have an active registration at the time of this solicitation closing. SCHEDULE OF SUPPLIES/SERVICES: See Attachment B –Pricing Sheet. DESCRIPTION OF WORK: The Great Lakes St. Lawrence Seaway Development Corporation (GLS) has a requirement to purchase Split-Key Shackles for the proper mooring of USCG floating aids to navigation buoys, in accordance with the Statement of Work (Attachment A). CONTRACT TYPE: This solicitation is a Request for Quote (RFQ) that will result in the award of a firm fixed price purchase order. CONTRACT PERIOD OF PERFORMANCE: The awarded vendor shall deliver the split key shackles no more than 60 days after award. PLACE OF PERFORMANCE: The awarded vendor shall deliver to 251 Fregoe Road, Massena, NY 13662.
