The due date for offers remains unchanged. //NOTHING FOLLOWS// This is a combined synopsis/solicitation for commercial products and services prepared in accordance with the Format in Subpart 12.6, as supplemented with additional information in this notice. This announcement constitutes the only solicitation; proposals are being requested and a written solicitation will not be issued. The solicitation is issued as a Request for Quote (RFQ). This solicitation document and incorporated provisions and clauses are those in effect through Federal Acquisition Circular FAC 2023-03 dated April 26, 2023. This requirement is being solicited as 100% Total Small Business Set Aside using FAR Part 12 Acquisition of Commercial Items and FAR Part 13 Simplified Acquisition Procedures. The NAICS Code is 332410 – Power Boiler and Heat Exchanger Manufacturing with a small business size standard of 750 Employees. The solicitation number is 6923G524Q0989. **NOTE: Offerors must be registered in SAM.gov and have an active registration at the time of this solicitation closing. SCHEDULE OF SUPPLIES/SERVICES: See Attachment B –Pricing Sheet. DESCRIPTION OF WORK: The Contractor shall provide services to remove the existing boiler onboard the GLS Buoy Barge and purchase/install a new boiler in accordance with the SOW and technical specifications. CONTRACT TYPE: This solicitation is a Request for Quote (RFQ) that will result in the award of a firm fixed price contract under FAR Part 12 and 13, subject to the availability of funds. CONTRACT PERIOD OF PERFORMANCE: The contractor shall complete services 125 calendar days after receiving the Notice to Proceed (NTP). PLACE OF PERFORMANCE: The awarded vendor shall complete services at 251 Fregoe Road, Massena, NY 13662.
