The due date for offers remains unchanged. //NOTHING FOLLOWS// This is a combined synopsis/solicitation for commercial products prepared in accordance with the Format in Subpart 12.6, as supplemented with additional information in this notice. This announcement constitutes the only solicitation; proposals are being requested and a written solicitation will not be issued. The solicitation is issued as a Request for Quote (RFQ). This solicitation document and incorporated provisions and clauses are those in effect through Federal Acquisition Circular FAC 2023-03 dated April 26, 2023. This requirement is being solicited as a 100% Small Business Set Aside using FAR Part 12 Acquisition of Commercial Items and FAR Part 13.5 Simplified Acquisitions for Certain Commercial Items. The NAICS Code is 423510 – Metal Service Centers and Other Metal Merchant Wholesales with a small business size standard of 200 Employees. The solicitation number is 6923G524Q0834. **NOTE: Offerors must be registered in SAM.gov and have an active registration at the time of this solicitation closing. SCHEDULE OF SUPPLIES/SERVICES: See Attachment B –Pricing Sheet. DESCRIPTION OF WORK: The Contractor shall provide steel mounting hardware for the assembly of Marine Rubber Fenders. All in exact accordance with this solicitation, attached Statement of Work (Attachment A), and drawings/specifications provided. CONTRACT TYPE: This solicitation is a Request for Quote (RFQ) that will result in the award of a firm fixed price contract under FAR Part 12 and FAR Subpart 13.5, subject to the availability of funds. CONTRACT PERIOD OF PERFORMANCE: The awarded vendor shall deliver materials to GLS no later than 30 days after award. PLACE OF PERFORMANCE: The awarded vendor shall delivery all materials to GLS Receiving Warehouse located at 251 Fregoe Road, Massena, NY 13662.
