The due date for offers remains unchanged. //NOTHING FOLLOWS// This is a combined synopsis/solicitation for commercial products prepared in accordance with the Format in Subpart 12.6, as supplemented with additional information in this notice. This announcement constitutes the only solicitation; proposals are being requested and a written solicitation will not be issued. The solicitation is issued as a Request for Quote (RFQ). This solicitation document and incorporated provisions and clauses are those in effect through Federal Acquisition Circular FAC 2023-03 dated April 26, 2023. This requirement is being solicited as a 100% Small Business Set Aside using FAR Part 12 Acquisition of Commercial Items and FAR Part 13.5 Simplified Acquisitions for Certain Commercial Items. The NAICS Code is 326291 – Rubber Product Manufacturing for Mechanical Use with a small business size standard of 750 Employees. The solicitation number is 6923G524Q0758. **NOTE: Offerors must be registered in SAM.gov and have an active registration at the time of this solicitation closing. SCHEDULE OF SUPPLIES/SERVICES: See Attachment B –Pricing Sheet. DESCRIPTION OF WORK: The Contractor shall provide custom fabricated rubber stoplogs seals and deliver to GLS’s Receiving Warehouse in Massena, NY. All in exact accordance with this solicitation, attached Statement of Work (Attachment A), and drawings/specifications provided. CONTRACT TYPE: This solicitation is a Request for Quote (RFQ) that will result in the award of a firm fixed price contract under FAR Part 12 and FAR Subpart 13.5, subject to the availability of funds. CONTRACT PERIOD OF PERFORMANCE: The awarded vendor shall deliver materials to GLS no later than 8 weeks after the date of award. PLACE OF PERFORMANCE: The awarded vendor shall delivery all materials to GLS Receiving Warehouse located at 251 Fregoe Road, Massena, NY 13662.
