This announcement constitutes the only solicitation; proposals are being requested and a written solicitation will not be issued. The solicitation is issued as a Request for Quote (RFQ). This solicitation document and incorporated provisions and clauses are those in effect through Federal Acquisition Circular FAC 2023-03 dated April 26, 2023. This requirement is being solicited as a 100% Small Business Set Aside using FAR Part 12 Acquisition of Commercial Items and FAR Part 13.5 Simplified Acquisitions for Certain Commercial Items. The NAICS Code is 334511 – Search, Detection, Navigation, Guidance, Aeronautical, and Nautical System and Instrument Manufacturing with a small business size standard of 1,350 Employees. The solicitation number is 6923G524Q0738. **NOTE: Offerors must be registered in SAM.gov and have an active registration at the time of this solicitation closing. SCHEDULE OF SUPPLIES/SERVICES: See Attachment B –Pricing Sheet. DESCRIPTION OF WORK: The Contractor shall provide MPV LED Integrated Ice Buoy Lanterns. All in exact accordance with this solicitation, attached Statement of Work (Attachment A), and brand name justification provided (Attachment C). CONTRACT TYPE: This solicitation is a Request for Quote (RFQ) that will result in the award of a firm fixed price contract under FAR Part 12 and FAR Subpart 13.5, subject to the availability of funds. CONTRACT PERIOD OF PERFORMANCE: The awarded vendor shall deliver materials to GLS no later than 45 days after award. PLACE OF PERFORMANCE: The awarded vendor shall delivery all materials to GLS Receiving Warehouse located at 251 Fregoe Road, Massena, NY 13662.
