This announcement constitutes the only solicitation; proposals are being requested and a written solicitation will not be issued. The solicitation is issued as a Request for Quote (RFQ). This solicitation document and incorporated provisions and clauses are those in effect through Federal Acquisition Circular FAC 2023-03 dated April 26, 2023. This requirement is being solicited as Small Business Set-Aside using FAR Part 12 Acquisition of Commercial Items and FAR Part 13.5 Simplified Acquisitions for Certain Commercial Items. The NAICS Code is 561720 -Janitorial Services with a small business size standard of $22.0 million. The solicitation number is 6923G524Q0574. **NOTE: Offerors must be registered in SAM.gov and have an active registration at the time of this solicitation closing. SCHEDULE OF SUPPLIES/SERVICES: See Attachment B –Pricing Sheet. DESCRIPTION OF WORK: The Contractor shall provide janitorial services at the Great Lakes St. Lawrence Seaway Development Corporation Visitor Center located in Massena, NY. All in accordance with this solicitation and the attached Performance Work Statement (Attachment A). CONTRACT TYPE: This solicitation is a Request for Quote (RFQ) that will result in the award of a labor hours contract under FAR Part 12 and FAR Subpart 13.5, subject to the availability of funds. CONTRACT PERIOD OF PERFORMANCE: The performance period for this requirement includes a (1) one-year base period that starts on or about April 1, 2024, and two (2) one-year option periods. PLACE OF PERFORMANCE: The place of performance shall be located at the Seaway Visitor Center at Eisenhower Lock, Massena, NY.
