This is a combined synopsis/solicitation for commercial services prepared in accordance with the Format in Subpart 12.6, as supplemented with additional information in this notice. This announcement constitutes the only solicitation; proposals are being requested and a written solicitation will not be issued. The solicitation is issued as a Request for Proposal (RFP). This solicitation document and incorporated provisions and clauses are those in effect through Federal Acquisition Circular FAC 2023-03 dated April 26, 2023. This requirement is being solicited as Full and Open Competition using FAR Part 12 Acquisition of Commercial Items and FAR Part 13.5 Simplified Acquisitions for Certain Commercial Items. The NAICS Code is 561920 -Convention and Trade Show Organizations with a small business size standard of $20 million. The solicitation number is 6923G524Q0272. **NOTE: Offerors must be registered in SAM.gov and have an active registration at the time of this solicitation closing. SCHEDULE OF SUPPLIES/SERVICES: See Attachment B –Pricing Sheet. DESCRIPTION OF WORK: The Contractor shall build, design and ship trade show exhibits. Contractor shall also setup, takedown and provide maintenance services at Posidonia Exhibition. All in exact accordance with this solicitation and the attached Performance Work Statement (Attachment A). CONTRACT TYPE: This solicitation is a Request for Proposal (RFP) that will result in the award of a time and materials, contract under FAR Part 12 and FAR Subpart 13.5, subject to the availability of funds. CONTRACT PERIOD OF PERFORMANCE: The performance period for this requirement starts on or about February 1, 2024 and runs through June 10, 2024. The Posidonia Exhibition is in Athens, Greece June 3 -7, 2024. PLACE OF PERFORMANCE: The place of performance shall be the contractor’s facility and the Metropolitan Expo Center, Athens International Airport “El. Venizelos”, 19019, Spata, Attica.
