As of 06/29/2023, the Past Performance Questionnaire is being included in the attachments section, as it was not added previously in error. //NOTHING FOLLOWS// The Great Lakes St. Lawrence Seaway Development Corporation (GLS) is issuing a Request for Quote for the furnishing of all plant, labor, equipment, materials, and labor to perform all work to replace the 13.8KV electrical cables referred to as Seaway 1 and Seaway 2. These cables feed the Compressor Buildings at the Eisenhower and Snell Lock locations. The Contractor must also repair the existing 13.8KV installation at Eisenhower Lock for the downstream vault to stop the water infiltration. GLS intends to award a Firm-Fixed Price (FFP) contract in accordance with (IAW) the subject Request for Quote (RFQ).
