This announcement constitutes the only solicitation; proposals (offers) are being requested and a written solicitation will not be issued. Solicitation number 6923G522RUniform Rental is issued as a request for proposals under full and open competition. The Contractor shall provide all labor, equipment, transportation, and incidentals necessary to deliver Industrial Fire-Resistant (FR) Uniform clothing on a rent and clean basis, for an estimated eighty (80) Great Lakes St. Lawrence Seaway Development Corporation (GLS) employees in Massena, New York. All FR clothing will require fire rating of Arc Flash PPE Category 2, which requires 8 calories per square centimeter. On February 24, 2022, this solicitation was amended to incorporate questions and answers.
