The work consists of furnishing all plant, labor, equipment and materials and performing all work to clean and seal all asphalt pavement cracks followed by application of an asphalt pavement surface seal coating product on the parking lots at the Great Lakes St. Lawrence Seaway Development Corporation (GLS) Maintenance Facility/Marine Base which is located at 251 Fregoe Road, Town of Massena, New York. The Contractor will also perform line striping to designate parking areas, handicapped areas, and all other existing striping/markings to be carried over onto the new seal coated surface. The work includes all surface preparation and cleaning in accordance with the crack- and surface seal coating product manufacturer’s instructions. Bidders shall bid on all line items contained within section B and sign and date where applicable. Bidders must carefully read this entire IFB to ensure their bids will be considered responsive. See section L for specific instructions regarding submission of bids.
