Furnish all plant, labor, equipment, and materials, and perform all work necessary to furnish and install touchless automatic and/or limited contact interior fixtures as specified herein. WORK STATEMENT AND REFERENCE DRAWINGS/ATTACHMENTS IFB solicitation document and references are furnished as attachmens. SITE VISIT A required site visit will be held on August 31, 2021 at 1:00 PM (ET). Arrangements must be made by calling (315)-764-3253 at least three business days in advance to allow for coordination required before visitors arrive on GLS property. Requests for an explanation or interpretation of the solicitation must be made in writing and directed to the Contracting Office no later than 10:00 A.M., Wednesday, September 1, 2021. Requests may be faxed to (315) 764-3268; e-mail to katie.maloney@dot.gov or by regular mail to 180 Andrews Street, Massena, New York 13662. Any information given to a prospective bidder concerning a solicitation will be furnished promptly to all other prospective bidders as an amendment to the solicitation , if that information is necessary in submitting bids or if the lack of it would be prejudicial to other prospective bidders. Amendment to the solicitation regarding Q&A will be posted by COB Wednesday September 8, 2021. NOTE: PROSPECTIVE CONTRACTORS ARE REQUIRED TO REGISTER IN THE SYSTEM FOR AWARD MANAGEMENT (SAM) DATABASE AT www.sam.gov PRIOR TO SUBMITTING A BID PROPOSAL, AND SHALL CONTINUE TO BE REGISTERED UNTIL TIME OF AWARD, DURING PERFORMANCE AND THROUGH FINAL PAYMENT. THIS IS A TOTAL SMALL BUSINESS SET-ASIDE PROCUREMENT, THE APPLICABLE NAICS CODE IS 238220 AND THE SIZE STANDARD IS $16,500,000.00. *This solicitation was amended on 09/02/2021 to offer an additional site visit for interested contractors. The site visit will be conducted on September 8, 2021 at 1:00 pm (est). This amendment also serves to waive the required site visit and instead recommend a site visit before submitting a bid.
