The Saint Lawrence Seaway Development Corporation (SLSDC) will be soliciting an Invitation for Bids (IFB) to install new touchless automatic utility fixtures to include but not necessarily limited to; commode/urinal flush kits, motion activated light switches, soap dispensers, sink faucets, paper towel dispensers, and interior door levers. The work includes furnishing all labor, materials and equipment to remove existing fixtures/appurtenances and install new fixtures. The work will be completed in Massena, New York at the following locations and/or ancillary buildings: Eisenhower Lock – 190A Barnhart Island Road Snell Lock – 145 Snell Lock Road Maintenance Base – 251 Fregoe Road Administration Bldg. – 180 Andrews Street All locations will require the existing fixtures to be removed and new fixtures and appurtenances installed for a complete and functioning unit. The IFB package will be released for bids on or about September 11, 2020 with bids due on or about October 13, 2020. The project cost range is estimated to be between $100,000 and $500,000. Prospective bidders are highly encouraged to attend a site visit that will be announced within the IFB. This is a total small business set-aside.
