The Saint Lawrence Seaway Development Corporation (SLSDC) is soliciting an Invitation for Bids (IFB) for the Snug Harbor Power Distribution Upgrade located near the SLSDC Maintenance Base in Massena, New York. The scope of work shall include the demolition of the existing 500 KVA transformer and installation of the new 13.8KV to 480V – 1000 KVA pad mounted transformer and associated equipment. Associated equipment includes, but is not limited to, pad mounted 1000 KVA Genset in self-contained enclosure, 1200 amp Automatic Transfer Switch, 1200 amp Main Breaker, 480 Volt panelboard, and other power distribution equipment. The solicitation will be released on or about August 7, 2020 with a response date of on or about September 8, 2020. There will be two (2) scheduled site visits which will be announced upon release of the solicitation. Attendance at one of the visits will be mandatory. The cost range is estimated to be between $1,000,000 and $5,000,000. This is a total small business set-aside procurement.
