The government is seeking industry input on providing end-to-end managed services for its customized PeopleSoft Campus Solutions environment, hosted in a FedRAMP-authorized Gov Cloud. The contract will use a Fixed Firm Price model for a base period of 12 months, with two additional 12-month options. Services include 24/7 application monitoring, PUM updates, enhancements, and on-demand functional guidance, with performance required at the Academy's location.
