USMMA PURCHASE - VIRTUAL REALITY WELDING SYSTEM
The U.S. Merchant Marine Academy (USMMA) is seeking quotations for a VR Welding System, specifically a Lincoln VRTEX 360 Compact (K4914-1) or equal, delivered to its Engineering Department in accordance with the attached Statement of Work. The contractor must furnish all supervision, labor, materials, tools, supplies, equipment, and transportation and ensure the system is fully operational upon completion, including a torch attachment, thermal cutting kit, and setup by a Lincoln representative. This acquisition is a total small business set-aside under NAICS 423840, Industrial Supplies Merchant Wholesalers, with an employee threshold below 125, and offers from non-small-business concerns will be rejected. Award will be made using a Lowest Price evaluation to the responsive, responsible quoter with fair and reasonable pricing, and quoters must complete the SF1449 and Vendor Price Sheet, including pricing for brand-name-or-equal products. The delivery lead time shall not exceed 45 calendar days after award, and interested parties must have an active SAM registration to receive an award.
