This is a total small business set-aside for a one-time comprehensive cleaning and remediation of the Bowditch Hall indoor gun range at the United States Merchant Marine Academy (USMMA). The scope includes HEPA filter replacement, brass casing recovery and recycling, and encapsulation of deteriorated lead-based paint. A site visit is scheduled for July 27, 2026, and questions are due by July 29, 2026. The contract will be awarded as a Firm-Fixed-Price to the Lowest Price Technically Acceptable (LPTA) offeror. Performance will take place at the USMMA in Kings Point, New York.
