Question 1: What is the roof access; is there a latch or stairs? Answer: There is a roof access hatch on the second floor landing by the elevator. It lets you off on a lower roof and then there is another ladder to get to the pool area roof. The access to the catwalks in the pool area is in the swimming coachs office. Question 2: Will a site visit be scheduled, if so when?
