The purpose of this amendment is (a) to provide a response to questions in order to provide additional information to prospective offerors and (b) extend the offer date to accommodate site visit A. Question 1: What is the roof access; is there a latch or stairs? Answer: There is a roof access hatch on the second floor landing by the elevator. It lets you off on a lower roof and then there is another ladder to get to the pool area roof. The access to the catwalks in the pool area is in the swimming coachs office. Question 2: Will a site visit be scheduled, if so when? Answer: Please email me directly with a proposed time and date and I will coordinate the site visit, Email felizc@usmma.edu with subject line "SOL 6923G222Q000013 OHARA HALL SITE VISIT REQUEST" B. Offer due date is hereby changed from July 8th, 2022 @0900 to July 22nd, 2022 @0900 Please email the site visit request to: Contracting Officer Carmen I. Feliz at felizc@usmma.edu include the subject line "SOL 6923G222Q000013 OHARA HALL SITE VISIT REQUEST" along with the company name and their representative(s) attending the site visit no later than 3 business days prior to date requested between the hours of 0900-1730.
