The government intends to award a sole source purchase order to Alpha Analytical for analytical laboratory services supporting a Phase II Environmental Site Assessment at the Fort DuPont Parade Ground, located at 260 Old Elm Ave, Delaware City, Delaware. The contractor will provide sample containers, preservatives, labels, and daily local courier transport for an anticipated three days of sampling, with sample collection handled by Volpe personnel. Analyses will cover metals, cyanide, VOCs, SVOCs, TPH-DRO, TPH-GRO, PCBs, pesticides, and a VOC trip blank. Results will be compared to DNREC HSCA screening levels for soil and groundwater.
