This Supplemental Phase II Environmental Site Assessment (ESA) aims to further characterize soil contamination by delineating impacted areas and collecting background samples for naturally occurring arsenic. The work will be performed at the approximately 31-acre Frog, Switch & Manufacturing Company property located at 600 East High Street in Carlisle, Pennsylvania. The site is relatively flat with soils mainly consisting of silty clay over limestone, and groundwater was not encountered above this formation.
