This is a combined synopsis/solicitation for a firm-fixed-price purchase order to analyze LiDAR data and develop parameters to validate a revised plume rise algorithm. The U.S. Department of Transportation's Volpe Center intends to make a sole-source award to AECOM. The work involves providing raw and processed LiDAR datasets, draft and final technical reports, analysis documentation, and conducting weekly teleconferences.
