The Volpe Center seeks the support of S&P Global which is the only source to have both the US Economic Service Long-Term (30-year forecast) dataset, and the US Regional Service (comprehensive 30-year forecast) required for developing, updating and running the FHWA VMT forecast models, and intends to award a delivery order on a sole source basis under NAICS code 519290.
