Volpe National Transportation Systems Center (DOT/Volpe Center) Cambridge, MA, intends to solicit and award a sole source purchase order to Arch Street Communications, Inc, in accordance with FAR 19.1506. Under this FAR part Arch Street Communications, Inc. was identified in market research as the only Woman Owned Small business that can offer stakeholder analysis and communication strategy to help FMCSA target safety and educational program outreach to underserved and underrepresented populations under NAISC 541910 for Marketing Research in the timeframe needed within the Statement of Work.
