Volpe National Transportation Systems Center (Volpe Center) in supporting Transport Canada (TC), will conduct a review and analysis of technology readiness and operational, safety, regulatory, and cost considerations for the implementation of automatic parking brakes (APB) on railway freight cars operating in Canada.
