Office -4,308 ABOA SF; Warehouse - 3,380 ABOA SF, Wareyard - 6,835 SF fenced or ability to fence to secure Government owned vehicles. Consideration may be given to increased warehouse space if adequate wareyard space is not available. Lease is to be fully serviced. Area of consideration is defined in the attached delineated area map and SFO. Lease term minimum of 5 years with an additional 5 year option.
