The lease expired November 30, 2021. The Government has a continuing need for space and seeks to lease 6,000 usable square feet of warehouse or flex space. The entire facility must be climate controlled including the warehouse portion. The Government is seeking sources to determine if an SFO will be issued or if the Government will remain in place. Please see the attached for more information. LOCATION: Within a 10-mile radius of 8413 Gateway Terrace Oklahoma City, OK 73149 LEASE TERM: Up to 10 years with a maximum firm term of a 365 days. The Government may terminate the lease in whole or in part at any time with a written notice to the Lessor after the first year. You will be required to provide a tenant improvement allowance of $45 dollars per square foot. You may also be required to contribute to the FAA soft costs associated with relocating including systems furniture, IT/Telco, data cabling, security improvements. This list is not all inclusive.
