The Federal Aviation Administration seeks to lease the following space: Location: 5 mile circular radius of John Wayne Airport - Air Traffic Control Tower (ATCT) located at: 370 Paulariino, Santa Ana, CA 92701 Space type: Flex/R&D Approximate Office Sq. Ft. (AOBA): 1,700 Approximate Warehouse Sq. Ft.: 2,850 Approximate Wareyard Sq. Ft.: 7,000 ** Ware yard space is preferred. However, warehouse space may be considered in lieu of wareyard space if wareyard space is unavailable. Parking Spaces (Total): 18 Parking Spaces (Reserved for Goverment Vehicles): 6 Full Term: 10 years Additional Requirements: The proposed space must meet Government requirements for Seismic Compliance, Fire and Life Safety, Accessibility Standards per the terms of the lease. A full description of these requirements are available upon request. A fully services lease is required.
