The project involves 4R roadway reconstruction and related improvements on Grand Loop Road Norris to Golden Gate, Phase 3, located 0.4 miles SW of Mammoth, WY, covering 0.7 miles plus a parking lot. Work includes excavation, blasting, rock scaling, embankment, drainage, parking and roadside improvements, retaining wall construction, stone masonry, utility relocation, waterline and boardwalk construction, obliteration, base aggregate, asphalt paving, concrete curb and gutter, striping, and signage.
