AK FLAP ANCHORAGE 2021(1), Far North Bicentennial Park Enhancements
The project covers enhancements in Far North Bicentennial Park, located about 5 miles east of Anchorage, Alaska, along the North Gasline Trail. Work includes constructing an 80-foot prefabricated steel pedestrian bridge over Campbell Creek, a 61-foot boardwalk under the base schedule, and a 51-foot boardwalk under Option Z, plus trail aggregate and turf establishment. The estimated price range is $700,000 to $2,000,000 under a sealed-bid, firm-fixed-price contract. The project is anticipated to be solicited in winter 2026/2027, with tentative completion in fall 2027.
