Requirement: The proposed contract action is for a firm-fixed-price. The primary objective of the proposed project is for an Indefinite Delivery, Indefinite Quality (IDIQ), Multiple Award Task Order Contract (MATOC) for transportation engineering services related to the planning, design, and construction of transportation infrastructure projects including roads, bridges, and trails.
