LENGTH: 82 miles TENTATIVE COMPLETION DATE: Summer 2026 CONTRACT TYPE: Sealed Bid, Firm-Fixed-Price ESTIMATED PRICE RANGE: Between $ 700,000 and $2,000,000 .
