This requirement is for the Western Federal Lands Highway Division (WFLHD). WFLHD intends to award multiple Indefinite-Delivery Indefinite-Quantity (IDIQ) contracts. The purpose of this Indefinite Delivery/Indefinite Quantity (IDIQ) Multiple-Award Task Order Contract (MATOC) is to provide highway, road, and bridge construction in the states of Idaho and Montana. Projects will primarily involve improvements to low-volume and low-speed roadways ranging from 3R (resurfacing, restoration, and rehabilitation) to full reconstruction. Projects may include, but are not limited to the following: earthwork, soil stabilization,structures, bridges, walls, drainage, surfacing, culverts, paving, parking lots, and other misc. items of work. Projects may be located in environmentally sensitive areas that necessitate context-sensitive construction techniques and processes. The Government intends to award up to six contracts (three reserved for small business) for a period of three years.
