Western Federal Lands Highway Division (WFLHD) requires architect-engineer (AE) construction project management, inspection, and administrative support services to supplement or assist government construction staff. Western Federal Lands Highway Division (WFLHD) provides engineering and construction services on projects in the states of Alaska, Washington, Oregon, Idaho, Montana, Wyoming, and other States within the United States as required, for Federal Land Management Agencies and other entities. These projects include work on roadways, bridges, trails and encompass a wide range of work from new work to rehabilitation of existing environments. The government intends to award up to five contracts for a period of five years with three contracts set-aside for small business. The soliciation is anticipated to be released Spring 2024.
