The scope of work may include road... This requirement is for the Western Federal Lands Highway Division (WFLHD). WFLHD intends to award multiple Indefinite-Delivery Indefinite-Quantity (IDIQ) contracts. The scope of work may include road reconstruction, bridge rehabilitation and reconstruction, traffic control (permanent and temporary), sub-excavation, placement of aggregate, grading, slope stabilization, asphalt milling and recycling, retaining walls, blasting, wetland mitigation, parking lots, survey, and contractor sampling and testing. Projects may be in environmentally sensitive areas that necessitate context-sensitive construction techniques and processes. The Government intends to award up to eight contracts for a period of five years. The solicitation is anticipated to be released Summer/Fall 2023.
