This is a sources sought notice to identify small businesses capable of satisfying the following requirement: The objective of this requirement is to support the Western Federal Lands (WFL) mail management program. The Contractor shall support the agency with the rental of mail postage machine, full service maintenance support and postal rate changes that allow mail to be delivered from within the office. Equipment must be able to apply postage to outgoing mail for delivery to the US Postal Service (USPS); process registered/certified and express mail requiring special handling; faster delivery and accountability; and track official mail expenditure of organization.
