This announcement constitutes the only solicitation; quotes are being requested and a written solicitation will not be issued. This is an OPEN-MARKET Firm Fixed Price (FFP) RFQ. This solicitation is prepared in accordance with Federal Acquisition Regulation (FAR) Part 12, Acquisition of Commercial Items, in conjunction with the policies and procedures for solicitation, evaluation, and award as prescribed in FAR 13, Simplified Acquisition Procedures. The solicitation document and incorporated provisions and clauses are those in effect through Federal Acquisition Circular (FAC) 2022-06.
