This announcement constitutes the only solicitation; quotes are being requested and a written solicitation will not be issued. This is a Time and Materials (TM) RFQ. This solicitation is prepared in accordance with Federal Acquisition Regulation (FAR) Part 12, Acquisition of Commercial Items, in conjunction with the policies and procedures for solicitation, evaluation, and award as prescribed in FAR 13, Simplified Acquisition Procedures.
