This is a FIRM FIXED PRICE RFQ being issued by the Federal Highway Administration (FHWA) Western Federal Lands Highway Division (WFLHD) for BRAND NAME Measurand Inc SAAV-001 ShapeArray(TM) and associated components. The solicitation document and incorporated provisions and clauses are those in effect through Federal Acquisition Circular (FAC) 2021-05 dated 3/10/2021. This solicitation is a TOTAL SMALL BUSINESS SET-ASIDE. The North American Industry Classification System (NAICS) code for this solicitation is 335999 with an industry size standard of 500 employees and the Product Service Code (PSC) is 5999.
